Authorize the Vercel integration for this workspace.

Pick an existing GitHub repository or create one from the starter template.

Detect `pointer-design.config.ts`; when missing, write an initial config to the repo.

Bind an existing Vercel project or create one using the detected config.

Validate root/build/install/output against the detected site config.

Detect required secrets declared in config and flag missing bindings.

Create or attach the managed draft branch `pointer-design/drafts/<site-slug>`.

Trigger a preview deployment for the draft branch.

Optionally add a custom domain with manual-guided DNS records.

Unlock the Publish CTA once all required steps succeed.
